WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! ONE STAR is way too many! They DON'T follow directions! Yesterday I called to make a delivery order. I... told the person I talked to that my order needed to be delivered to my neighborhood's pool, not my home. I gave them pool'saddress. Person on the phone ensured me that delivery person would contact me before arriving. I also requested to bring plates,and napkins. Well, NONE of those instructions were followed. For a reason I don't understand the delivery person arrived to myhome, instead to the pool. A friendly neighbor told them that most likely we would be at the pool. He/she never called me.He/she just dropped my order in the parking lot!!!!! No confirmation call, no plates, no napkins. It started to rain, and boxesgot wet. When I called to let them know what happened, the person I talked to said there was nothing to do!!!!! He just told methat the only way to fix it, was that I had to go to he store to get plates and napkins! Please, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ANDTIME ORDERING ANYTHING IN THIS PLACE. YOU WILL REGRET! They never brought my food I waited 3 hrs and called up there the manager Robbie answered the phone never said a word and put... phone down I got ready and drove there still while phone was on the counter walked in his first statement if you ordered after 7you?re not getting your order. I had ordered at 6:45 it was now 9:48. Extremely rude unprofessional left me standing up frontfor 15 mins then made comment he was canceling all orders and this and that. I just wanted a refund I have not ate at Pizza Hutin 10 years thought I would give it another chance and this just reminded me why I stopped food is over priced I paid $77 forfood I never got and takes 7-10 business day to be refunded very very very very poor customer service at this location Read more
Pizza was good but I ordered extra crispy and did not receive it that way. Ordered Pan Pizza crust and that crust tasted better... to me when it is cooked a bit longer than the thinner crust pizzas. I did carryout and the pizza was ready exactly when the appsaid it was and the cashier handed it to me as soon as I walked into the location. Read more
My order was made perfectly with the perfect amount of toppings/sauce. I order light sauce and always place a comment stressing... that (I like very light sauce) and majority of the time there is still a lot of sauce. This order was perfect. Thank you! Read more
The food was great and I would order again based on that. The problem was I ordered 2 sides of the cream cheese frosting to go... with our desserts and did not receive them. Please pay attention to the orders, it is upsetting to pay for something and notreceive it! Read more
The pizza was flavorless. The crust tasted like the hand-tossed crust. The Detroit Style Pizza was not like I recalled it being... during the last time it was rolled out. I did not go to this location though. I went to this location based on the Googleratings and I do not see how nor why the reviews were so positive. The pizza had just a few toppings that I ordered and althoughthe sauce was on the top, it was extremely dry. I will not be revisiting this location in the future. Read more
