Customer service on 10.8.2022 @ 1p.m. was absolutely horrible. I walk in and no one acknowledges me. A white man walks in... shortly after me and he is greeted immediately. Meanwhile, no one has offered to take my order. Finally, someone notices me andasks for me order. Then another black woman walks in (btw I'm also a black woman), and guess what, no one greets her either.Needless to say, I decided to write this review and in the future will find another Smoothie King ing to support. Maddie and Connor are some of the best employees I?ve ever seen. I recently broke my tooth and can?t use a straw. Despite being... slammed with orders, they still catered to my request to make smoothie drinking easier no questions ask. Wow. We come here a lot, several times per week, and generally have good service. I was just at the drive through now and when I... told the kid I had a third smoothie to order he loudly said ?oh my god? like it was ruining his day. They need to be morecareful about who they hire here. There are plenty of great college kids in this area that would be great employees and at leastnot act like it was some big chore to do their job. Went to the drive thru of this location and it was not the best experience. For starters, the drive thru window is extremely... high and blends into the side of the building. I passed it the first time. Guy with ginger hair came to the window to accept mypayment and did not speak a word to me. Charged my card and handed me the smoothie and card back when he finally said ?here?syour smoothie.? When I actually tasted it, it was horrible. I looked into it afterwards and it wasn?t even the consistency of asmoothie. It was mostly liquid and had no taste of the Berry Punch I ordered. Will never return! Read more
