As myself being a subway favorite. I can say that this restaurant was far by the worst subway I ever ate at. Their bread was... doughy, the sandwich came poorly packaged. Poor service and distracted staff add to the chaotic experience. They didn?t have cucumbers. I guess they didn?t plan... well. While preparing my order the staff member carried on a conversation with two other employees. She was more concernedabout someone else?s order instead of the one she was working on. This required me to repeat my instruction multiple times andshe added the wrong amount of peppers. Unfortunately there was no evidence of serving the customer. I?m guessing being insideWalmart provides them enough business and they do not feel a need to invest in employee training, cleaning up or having freshingredients in stock. Read more
I've been to this subway a couple of times and each time the customer service has been terrible. The first time the guy making... my sandwich had his headphones in listening to music as I was trying to tell him what I wanted. Today, the lady making mysandwich was talking to her coworker the entire time I was trying to tell her my order. And then took a personal phone call whenI was trying to pay??? Whoever manages this subway needs to sit down and have a conversation with their employees aboutetiquette while working with the public. Giving 2 stars because the food is okay, but still not worth putting up with the poortreatment by employees. Will try to avoid this subway from now on. Read more
The service was horrible the employees are rude. The employees just toss the food around. The salad I got was half the size of... what is normally given it had a half portion of chicken rather than the normal amount. the cucumbers we're rotten. I went to this subway the morning of 12-28-18 the only lady who was working was very rude. She had an attitude when asking me... what I wanted and was trying to rush me. She kept sucking her teeth and rolling her eyes. When I told her I wanted to scan myphone for my reward points she let out a big sigh, like it was a bother for me to do that. Once I paid she gave me my change andjust walked away. She did not hand me my sandwich, she did not hand me my receipt and she did not say that you. I go there everyonce in awhile in the mornings to have a sub for my lunch for work. I will not be going there ever again. I was tempted not toget the sandwich but I really needed it this particular morning because I would have been late if I would have went somewhereelse to get food. My husband stopped in to have dinner. Upon purchasing his meal and paid. As he was getting his drink, sweet tea, the urn was... empty. Asked if they had a backup and they informed him they did not. Now, this was around 7-7:15 in the evening. He asked ifthey were going to make some more sweet tea, and was told no. He then asked if they had some sweetener for the unsweet tea.Again they said no. Neither the manager, who looked like an underage teenager, or the employee offered any further assistance.My husband asked for a refund and went elsewhere for a meal. What they don't understand is, sweet tea is Southern Wine. It isserved, especially here in the South, with Every meal. They need to get with the program, will never eat there again... Read more
