Usually this subway is the best. However, Rita is unbelievably rude. Usually restaurants or fast food places always believe that... the customer is right, instead she insisted that we were wrong and the entire store commented on her rudeness at the time over acookie. if you do decide come here I would recommend getting someone else to see you through your order. I came in with my son at lunch time today. The brunette lady who helped me the most was quite nice but the tall, blonde lady was... unbelievably rude. I was confused about my order so I asked the brunette why I was charged double from what I used to. Theblonde butted into our conversation and just nearly shouted ?that?s what you got?. I?m used to getting six pepperoni and beingcharged $1.50. The brunette said she gave me a footling extra order and apologized. Once I understand I was happy to pay and nowI know to order 6 pepperoni rather than just say add extra pepperoni. While my sandwich was being made I apologized to thebrunette bc I wanted the pepperoni heated on top of my chicken. I said ?sorry to the be a bother? and the blonde employee justresponded with ?yeah?. The blonde was rude through my entire visit and I didn?t feel in anyway welcome. I?m absolutely making acomplaint with corporate. There is zero need for an employee to act so hostile towards us when I was polite through the wholeexperience. Read more

I ordered online pickup with no contact due to not feeling well and the fact that I had two small children with me. I ordered... meals for both sandwiches with lays chips and two cookies for each order. When I arrived I called to announce my arrival. Ireceived a call stating that she couldn't come out, that I needed to come in the store to pick up my order. I explained that Ihad two small children with me. She said she couldn't come out, sorry! I walk in to pick up order. I get my bottle drinks andask about the chips, if they were in the bag. She said there aren't chips. I explained that I ordered the meals but sherefused to give me chips. I stayed that I never planned to order from that store again, she then says, good! She was rude anddid not show good customer service. Read more
