Clerk was rude, slow, and ruined the sandwich with wayyy too much mayonnaise. Tried to remove gobs of it with a napkin, still it... was gross. And way more expensive than like a year ago, but that?s everywhere. Still if you?re gonna sale $10 lunch, maybe trainyour employees in the basics of customer service and sandwich making. Read more

The boy working there spoke broken English and was very hard to understand. In the middle of dressing my sandwich he stopped and... decided moving bread trays was more important for several minutes. There was an older woman there but she was busy talking toanother customer that it was apparent she was friends with. The boy didn't ever ask what I wanted on my sandwich and just madeit his own way. So the person taking my order started to make my sandwich and then an older lady came from the back and interrupted. She berated... the worker for something to do with the bread and not alerting her. She did this multiple times while my sandwich was beingmade, each time interrupting the person making my sandwich. She then, multiple times, opened up the big heater where all thebread is kept, with no sanitary gear on. No hair net, no gloves, no mask, and breathed all over the bread. She spoke while thebread was still in front of her and moved the trays of bread around while still holding the tray. Unsanitary, disruptive, andunprofessional. Me and my wife almost got a sub from here but then we saw the manager drinking out of the tea container that she made it in on... I put in an order online. After it went through I checked with the employees and they said they had it. Waited outside and... checked in every five minutes. It?s been fifteen minutes and they still haven?t made the sandwiches. DO NOT ORDER HERE unlessyou want to wait half an hour or more for a sub. I show up 30 minutes after they open and the rude girl said it'd be another hour or so to get a meatball sub. So I order... something else and she barely put any toppings on like she was paying for them. I knew I should have went to firehouse subs. Had the best experience recently with this location. A very clean and sanitized. Haven't had a Subway in a long while. We shop... at least once a week with Battle Ridge on Powder Springs Rd Kroger and this Subway is easy and convenient for pickup. Our Subswere prepared very well and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Shout out to Alex and the Owner, didn't catch her name, butsuper friendly too. They want to make the best sub for you, and you can tell. The Sub App is awesome to place orders online. And if you have a special request, call the store. Very pleasant on the phone too. Read more
