On the 11/25 I was on my way to my first job appointment when I decided to go to taco bell in the morning, the problem is that... I drive a large tall work van and I can't get in the drive threw so I decided to walk up to the window like most other peoplesthat drive these vans do. When I approach the window a nice lady help me and understand that I was not going to get threw thedrive threw so she help me place my order. When she was placing my order the manager was yelling and insulting the cashier. Ifelt bad for what she did to this girl and I apologize saying that it was my fault for approaching the window I tried explainingto the manager what was going on but she completely ignored me and walked away . Now I don't place this kind of thing on herebut it is the most sad thing to see a manager yelling at her employees in front of customers. I hope this manager gets replacedand understand that all the cashier was doing was helping a customer and maybe next time she should appreciate what heremployees do to keep places like this running and working correctly. Pulling through the drive through today we was not a pleasant experience. Being greeted first by silence than a harsh: "Order... when you're ready," was not the greatest way to start out. Maybe there where technical difficulties but it's still no excuse forthe tone that was used. They were fast at getting through the line and the food itself wasn't bad. It's too bad that greeting apaying customer wasn't a high priority for the person taking the order. Read more

This used to be the best taco bell in the area and the reason people would drive out to this location over ones that might have... been closer. Now it's the worst one. Tried placing an order at 7:55, got one item in and was told to pull forward. Decided theyweren't worth any money and went to the Wendy's next door. In ten minutes (at most) for that drive through that Taco Bell hadthe lights off and was closed. I would honestly not be surprised if they were closing early and then just burning time for freemoney before clocking out. Read more

Takeout asked to pull up nobody behind me and other car in front of me had Pulled up. Bringing food out back door not sure how... this accepted . Food not hot or warm. No receipt probably so general manager not called. Looked like teenagers working. Allseemed nice but food not so good . Read more

Placed an online order 2 hours before this store's posted closing time on 7/30 only to arrive to find that the store closed... early. I completely understand that there are staffing issues everywhere right now. It would be great if you would stopaccepting online orders if the store needs to close early, especially if you want people to trust/use the online ordering. Read more

Pretty frustrating that they consistently close whenever they want to. Went at 9:30pm on a Saturday and they were closed when... their hours are supposed to be until 1am. When they are open, they are always out of a ton of menu items and half the time their?system is down? and they can?t take orders at all. They were very shortstaffed and had a huge line but the manager came out and gave us information when anything new happened. ... All the other customers were happy to wait even though this woman was trying her absolute best. It was very wholesome and theydeserve higher than 5 stars Read more

I ask for no lettuce on my tacos when I go here, but this time they seemed to think a sliver of cheese was also a part of my... order. All four of my tacos looked like this, and they also forgot to put my dads two tacos in the bag but still charged him onthe bill. I'm only giving them two stars instead of one because the quality depends on the workers and when they've got goodworkers on the shift I can enjoy the food. The manager here just has to hire better people and they'll be able to get a qualityfast food restaurant. Read more
