Just walked out of this location after waiting to be greeted for 10 minutes. No host, bartender came over to answer the phone... and fill an order for someone sitting. She didn’t even say hi. We were happy to take our money elsewhere. The other partywaiting did the same. Read more
Our waitress started out good. Then went downhill from there. The food came out cold. Waitress was behind us 2 tables... talking for about 10 min after we asked for our check. After we finished eating we were ready to go ....took about 15 min orlonger to get the check. Probably won't be back. Used to love going there for a steak. Not anymore. Read more

I’ve never been to this chain until tonight… Good atmosphere, the hostess as well as the waitresses were above average! Several months ago we went to Atlanta for the day (we live in Greenville, SC) & drove past Ted's Montana Grill in Marietta. We... said then we would dine here next time we were in town. Well today was the day!!! Sheevon was our server, he was veryknowledgeable of the menu. He gave several suggestions (always ask your server their favorite items - they know best) I had theAvalon, which was amazing, my son ordered the Red Rock which he loved & my daughter in-law raved over the Cadillac. It almost hurts to do this, but I have too much respect for Ted's to not. What I mean by that, is that due to Ted's typically... excellent quality across the board, when they fumble, it needs to be addressed. I ordered a beef burger medium rare, it wasdelivered medium with absolutely no pink at all. My server saw the cook temperature and remarked, "Oh, yeah. That's definitelynot medium rare." I returned the burger and asked for the proper cook temperature of medium rare. I was delivered what can beseen in the photo. My friends Bison steak was magnificent though and my server was delightful, so let's keep things inperspective. Read more
We took our family out for a birthday dinner. We arrived at 7pm and had a party of 6 people. We were seated within 10 minutes.... However once we were seated, it took 20 minutes for our order to be taken and we waited over an hour and ten minutes for food.And at no point did the waitress come over to speak to us to discuss the delay. The fries and burgers were cold. In this type ofeconomy and the increased prices for food, people will stop going out. So disappointed in this place. It used to be great. Read more
