There was one waitress when me and my son went for lunch. I was a little worried about that because it was getting packed fast.... But she was absolutely amazing and so kind to my son. The pizza was hands down amazing!!!! It tasted so good my son wanted tomove in so we could eat it everyday lol The Salad bar was stocked full and the lettuce was good in color. Very good Chicago pizza. We got the All Meat, garlic bread and an Italian sub. The cheesy garlic bread was really good and the... sub was delicious, the bread was a little thicker than I like but it was still very good. Nice and clean restaurant and greatservice. We like going here to eat. How ever for a buffet gratuity shouldn't be automatically charged. We was unaware of this when I... asked the person at register person got a attitude and kept pointing behind them. I asked what he was pointing at and he saidit's posted right here. Has been for 10 years. They sign says for party's 10 or more will be changed a 15% gratuity. I said wellwe are party of 9 and you charged us 20% gratuity. He said you are really going to make a big deal out of one person. I said yesI am. But how ever they did drop the gratuity down to 15%. A tip is earned on performance etc. If waiter or waitress doesn't dotheir job well they don't deserve a big tip, and it should be left up to the people paying the bill. Yes we was a party of 9 andwe was all paying separately. But they put the bill all together and cashier has to separate it. Bottom line is customer shouldhave the right to choose the tip. Also I like leaving tip in cash not credit card. Next time we will sit closely together butnot as a party. We also have been there several times like this even bigger party and they have never charged gratuity and wealways leave tips. Read more
