Every time I come through the drive through i end up spending around 20 to 30 minutes in line staff seen very unorganized. The... last time I had to wait 45 minutes and was brought the wrong meal 3 different times. Read more
Waited in drive thru for 15 minutes. Fries were cold meat on my sandwich was really dry and old.
Lobby door locked and dine in service denied during usual open hours. Used excuse of not enough staff. No apologies,and a bit of... attitude from the staff. Certainly doesn't uphold McDonald's standards. Read more
Since being purchased by a new owner, the wait times for the Glendale McDonald's have been ridiculous. The owner is not staffing... it properly. We ordered on the mobile app, and then spent 30 minutes in the lobby waiting for 5 items. I won't be buyingbreakfast from this location again. I'm only giving this location 2 stars bc corporate as well as management refuses to staff well and take care of employees who... actually show up. The employees at this location are sparse. The higher ups refuse to give over time, or to over schedule tomake up for one's who don't show. Read more
