Thw guys working were amazing n so nice!! I will be going back definitely! The pizza was exactly the way I ordered it!
Waited 2 hr on are food and never showed up. Just called and they said I was not home. Then they say it looked like a abandoned... house and never called. I have cameras all around my house and there was no one that even showed up. And all they could say wasI'm sorry. I ordered from them at least once a week. U guys just lost a customer I will never order from a nother papa John'sever again hope the store in Marietta ohio closes there doors. Read more
Very understanding, they don?t always get the order right, but they will make it right and that?s what counts.
They can't get anything right. Order online for delivery. It always defaults for pick up. Called to fix it. Hour and forty five... minutes for delivery. And lately the pizza isn't what it used to be. Moving on to Smittys. Read more
Ordered 3 pizzas and was told it would be an hour until delivery. We called to check on our order after 1 hour and 15 minutes.... We were told that they had to many orders and not enough delivery staff. 1 hour and 45 minutes and still waiting. Maybe theyshould stop taking delivery orders when they are understaffed so that they don?t have to lie to customers. Read more
The epic stuffed crust pizza is amazing and the staff is always very friendly.
Excellent service! Our order was filled in half the time that we expected. Our delivery driver jake was quick and very polite!... Eric, the gentleman who over seen our order was kind and courteous. Maybe its because of inflation and cost going up, but lately, when ordering extra toppings, they are even more sparingly used.... Got a large 4 topping pizza, and counted like 4 mushrooms and couldn't even find an onion on the whole pie! I know the moretoppings you put on, the less you get, but to have so few for the added cost isnt worth it. Still great tasting though. Read more
