Be very careful when ordering online I just ordered a specialty BLT Pizza and I guess when you do it online you have to go... through and Mark everything that should already be on the specialty pizza because if you don't they'll charge you for thespecialty pizza and hand you a plain cheese pizza very disappointed who orders a specialty pizza minus all the specialty stuffon it come on. If your a fan of Smittys pizza I recommend this location over the one in Marietta. It's far less busy which translates to better... tasting pizza. The other locations ends up pushing pizzas through the oven too quickly and it suffers. Smittys one of my alltime fav pizza places! Read more
Horrible service. 90 minutes and 3 phone calls to receive a cold pizza. Excuses galore - address wrong, phone # wrong, no offer... to make right. Exasperating experience that will not be repeated. Read more

Placed an order one evening at 5:45pm and was told it would take 1 hour to deliver. By 7pm it still had not been delivered so we... called to check the status. The person who answered the phone said ?it?s not here so it must be out for delivery.? At 745pm wecalled back and advised it wasn?t delivered to be told we had to wait 20 more minutes. After the third call at 815pm, we wererefunded our money by Joe and told we could have a credit or the food delivered for free that evening. It sounded like he wantedto make it right, but when we called today to use the credit, the woman who answered was extremely rude on the phone and made itseem like we were causing them some kind of inconvenience using the credit we were given. The pizza was very flavorful, I?d recommend stopping here for dinner if you are in the area. They also have ice cream sandwiches... that are really big (which taste super good). It?s only 4 stars because the dining area could be more inviting. Read more
Gave my mom and I one sub that was too burnt even though it was an Italian sub? And my pizza sub had no sauce, was burnt, and... looked weird. After complaining once Smitty's banned us from delivery even though I live one block away. Read more
