My order was wrong and when I went to get it corrected there was a lady who was so rude that shoved my food at me and just... glared. Didnt apologize or say a word. Just stared at me like a creep. Poor customer service stood In the lobby for 10 minutes waiting to be waited on. No one came to take our order or to tell us to... use the Kiosk to order. Finally my son say the kiosk so we ordered that way. Food was good. Read more
The few that work there they very hard to get orders done, despite always seeming short staffed across the board. The food... always hits different after a night on the town, and the window staff is always cheerful and funny, knowing full well it's adrive through filled with drunk people with the munchies. I eat here quite frequently. It's a pretty decent Taco Bell with a really enthusiastic staff. I'm taking off a star, though,... because of my specific online ordering experience today. I ordered around 2:00 and order to be ready at 5:15, but they juststarted making it when I walked in at 5:18, so I didn't walk out with it until 5:31, one minute after the event I was taking itto had started, so I was late. The plus is they notated our special-order items well and packaged it up nicely! Just a littlefrustrated that they made me late. Read more
