My mobile order is never ready before I get there. I've tried placing it extra early (15 mins) and that seems to make the... problem worse. The employees have to look in their computer and make it once I am able to get their attention at the insideregister. I like the deals in the mobile app, but it seems like placing mobile orders is useless. Read more

Online order was incorrect. Ordered sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, got a biscuit with cheese and bacon only??? No... bacon on breakfast wrap. I could understand if we were heard incorrectly in drive thru but the online order is literally wroteout for them? For as pricey as it is, not worth it. Read more
I get a great coffee, a delicious muffin, and when Im lucky, called a ?b*tch? as Im pulling away! Thats what I call customer... service! Especially first thing in the morning ?? What a way to start a Monday! I was surprised to see the same young man thenext morning handing me my breakfast. Well done Tim Hortons! Best Iced Capps from anywhere around! I go here almost everyday!!! The man at the window is always so nice to around 330! It... sucks that you now have to pay for the whipped cream and chocolate sauce on your iced capp that's not right! Read more
Really not great. We went 2 days in a row while visiting town. The first day the guy at the front counter forgot half our order... while making it, gave us the wrong drink on one of them, had to be reminded of two other items. We only ordered 3 drinks, adozen donuts and two muffins. The second day they hand mixed one drink instead of through the normal machine and used way toomuch water. Later when we got to our location, we found large chucks of the powder mix on the bottom of the cup. Another drinkwas made with cream and no sugar, was supposed to be with sugar and milk, and that was after having to remind them again ofmissing items, on an even smaller order. They would also discuss our order in front of us (inaccurately), without talking to usto get clarity on what we needed. Would recommend further training or mentoring for this individual and supporting staff. Read more
Great food and yummy drinks. Terrible service and highly rude staff. Can't seem to keep the same people very long and just plain... horrible. Went there today ordered promptly knew what I wanted the man taking my order scoffed and rushed me as I had a bigorder. He also decided to make a very known sigh when I kept continuing with my order while the others stood around when I gotup to the window. Read more
