Needed some food and gas on our trip so we stopped here along with our fill up. We ordered the spicy chicken meal deal, overall... the tomatoes were transparent and super thin, the lettuce was ("quilty" movie reference) limp. I definitely don't need a gallonof mayonnaise, so I would say. I hate when I can easily make a better sandwich. The whole menu is more expensive compared tohome but that's what you get for traveling. The women on headset was completely rude to me. I asked a question and she completely disregarded it, then she proceeded to tell... me my total and to go to the second window. When I got to the window she asked for the money, snatched my card and slammed thewindow. I was going to ask her the question I was curious about before, but when she handed me my food she immediately shut thewindow in my face again! Their was no, "thank you, your welcome, have a nice day, or even welcome to Wendy's." If I could leaveless than a 1 star review I would in a heartbeat. She is obviously too immature to be working with the rest of the grown ups.And doesn't comprehend the importance of customer satisfaction. I was very impressed with the service I got today for lunch . When I pulled to the first window the poor girl collecting was... almost in tears because the car in front of me was rude to her because their weight was too long I apologize to her forinconsiderate people and told her I hope she had a better day I then pull up to the next window and the truck in front of medecided that they wanted to drive off without their catch up and be rude to that employee as well I believe both employeeshandled the situation very well even though they were extremely stressed they were polite to me .
