Nicole, in the drive-thru, was very friendly & professional! (The service was fast also.) Carl's Jr has been a favorite since... childhood and I love the western bacon cheeseburger. Criss cross cut fries were great. Staff friendly. Only problem was they put hot fries in same bag and on top of the... cheesecake. It was still tasty, but a little melty. Read more
We love Carl's Jr biscuits better than any other, but unfortunately Carl's doesn't serve breakfast at 9 minutes past 1030am. ... Had to order lunch instead which we really didn't want to do but had no choice except walk across the street to McDonald's sincethey serve some breakfast menu all day! Read more
It was OK. The fries weren't very fresh even though they seemed busy enough to be making fries consistently. Since they closed... the last carls jr by me in Texas about 2 years ago, it was great being next to one and able to eat a western bacon cheeseburger. It was a little bit of of a let down but I can't say I wouldn't stop again if I'm close enough to this location. Service wasn'tvery fast but I don't blame them for that or hold it against them since it seems they were genuinely trying to get orders outquickly and seemed short staffed. Read more

The young lady that helped us was awesome! We got the beyond star and got one for the kiddo also. She helped make it a kids meal... and was very kind to him. We are happy to have the beyond burger available while traveling but the service here was better thanI expected. This is the first time we've been to Carl's Jr since going vegan and we'll definitely be back. Read more
This is a fast-food burger franchise. Trying to be more specific than that would be somewhat disingenuous, and wouldn't... translate well. The best way to describe it so the most people would understand: it's more like Burger King than McDonald's, butI'd say it's like BK from years ago before the menu became a bloated mess. Read more
