Computers took my order, worker brought my order to me. This worker never smiled or even spoke to us just set the food down and... left. Drinks were flat from the drink dispenser in the lobby. My husband went to the. counter and had to yell Hello to get ahuman to respond. Told them the problem and once again new drinks were delivered without a word. Just left this place and experienced the WORST customer service. I'm traveling to TX and was hungry, and this McDonalds got my... drive-thru order wrong THREE times, so I had to swing by THREE times. I order the same thing everytime I go, but this womanproceeded to tell me what I ordered. I was the first car when they opened, so they didn't give me someone else's order. Finally,after looking at my meal before leaving the window, this terrible female employee had the audacity to say "I don't know why youhave an attitude with me" then shut the window and walked away. It's because you're incompetent and you're the reason whyMcDonalds has a bad reputation. You're rude and should be fired. Read more
They didn't have the frozen cherry drink. In fact the cashier at the window said they do not carry that flavor anymore. Then... they should stop advertising that flavor. Read more
My coke was watered down, didnt taste good at all. Fries had no salt, some were wilted some old and non were hot. My grandson... didnt like his quarter pounder..My quarter pounder had a ton of pickles and no onions. Just bad experience. I was traveling. Read more
