The food is always fresh and great every single time. The calzone is AMAZING! Only possible complaint would be that it does take... a while for your order to be ready, but honestly I really can't complain even about that because they are making it fresh andhot, and it IS pizza which has to cook. Absolutely poor customer service from the MANAGER SHERRI! Slammed the drive thru window in my face after I told her she needs to... not lie when she doesn?t know what she is talking about. I knocked on the window and she came back and LOCKED THE WINDOW! Iwanted her name to make a complaint. So I called the store and asked her name and she told me and said she was the manager ifthat helped me out then HUNG UP ON ME! Ridiculous attitude and extremely poor customer service from someone who is supposed tobe a leader for her employees! Maybe that is why she has no one to lead! I then messaged on FB and talked to the apparent ownerof the business. I now know why management is horrible because ownership seems to be. An apology because your business is not upto my standards is NOT an apology. It is a cop out from an ignorant individual. Having your employee slam and lock a drive thruwindow shouldn?t be anyone?s standard for customer service. Back story: I ordered 2 calzones, an order of garlic breadsticks,and an order of cinnamon sticks online. It showed 45 minutes to be ready. When I went to pick up after 45 minutes I was told itsays 1 hour and 45 minutes for online orders. It does not. It says 45 minutes. (And it does not update after every 15 minutesbecause I tried it several times after that said time and it still showed 45 minutes!) I went back to pick it up AFTER 1 hourand 45 minutes and then she handed me the wrong receipt to sign! She never said thank you, never smiled like our business evenmattered to her! I understand that businesses are short handed, but I have NEVER SEEN SUCH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MYLIFE! ABSOLUTELY NO REASON FOR THAT KIND OF ?MANAGEMENT? in any kind of business!! Read more

In short it's bowling alley pizza. It's not terrible or anything and the staff is nice. I was excited to get a pizza place in... town. But I won't be eating here very often. Also what the heck kind of name is Simple Simon's? Was Special Steve's taken? Read more
