I used to be a regular here, and it has gone downhill a lot recently that I come here as a last resort. A few months back, I had... ordered a burger and only received the bread. Tonight I ordered a burrito, and all that was in it was a tiny amount of steak &lettuce, and I?m missing all my toppings. Update to previous review. I love sheetz mto food. Always have. The person who had served me was my downstairs neighbor. Who... apparently had a grudge against me. Her name tag said Erica yet that wasn't her legal given name. I apologize to the managementfor my negative review. I liked this sheetz so much I would drive out of my way just to shop there. I come to this Sheetz location often, since it?s a 2 minute drive from my home. I ordered a half inch, Italian sub from this... location today, and was extremely disappointed. The bun was completely ROCK HARD, and I could not take a single bite from it. Icalled the store, asked if I could get a replacement, and the employee told me ?absolutely?. I come back in to try and get mysub replaced and was asked several different questions about as to ?why?? I explained that I had already talked to an employeeover the phone, and there would be no issues as to just getting a replacement; I did not want a refund, just my food. :( I workas a manager for McDonalds, and have worked at McDonald?s for almost 5 years now. NO WAY, in any situation would we give any ofour customers this much of a hard time - especially if all they want is what they paid for!!! As someone who only has everworked in customer service, I was completely calm and understanding of the situation; mistakes happen!!! But for that much of ahassle, and only for a half inch sub that completely rock hard, you would think they could AT LEAST give you fresh, soft, food,without a hassle! Read more
This location has consistently gotten my food orders wrong since I?ve started using this location. That was about 3 years ago. I... have found that the Rutter?s across the street, that is less than half the size of Sheetz, with significantly less staff, isconsiderably more reliable. I go out of my way to steer people away from this location and I hope anyone reading this reviewdoes the same; unless you?d like to wait upwards of half an hour for an order thats cold and missing most of the items you paidfor. Ordered food and left to walk the river trail. Once we got to the picnic area we found only one sanwinch and fries in the bag.... Partially on me for not checking to make sure the items were in the bag. Read more
You must have someone new for MTO! For the first time ever I received my order in a reasonable amount of time! My order was... correct, my fries were hot and the right amount. My sandwich was toasted and topped with a good amount of fresh ingredients. Wayto go! Let the new know he is doing a good job! Read more
