Poor service. The employees don?t even acknowledge you when you walk in they just stare and don?t let you know how the long the... wait is going to be, so you can be standing there until someone walks up to the register and when they come up it seems likeit?s a problem to take your order. Read more
Dine in hours not honored when around 10:30 pm and all the doors are locked, right on the door says dine in open till 12am not... sure why this was the case, but if they have hours advertised they should honor them!!! Read more

The food came out fine. But the service left much to be desired. My husband was given a hard time about using the restroom. The... "men's" restroom, actually listed as unisex, was out of order. When asked to use the women's restroom they said no, and to usethe one at least 2 blocks away. When asked again, they asked what kind he needed to do. Then repeated multiple times to not go#2. I almost forgot to mention, previously, he waited at least 5 minutes to order a shake when there was no one else in line toorder. So I'm in town visiting and I decided I would like to walk with my son to get some Jack. We walk inside to an EMPTY LOBBY and 1... TRUCK IN DRIVE THRU not busy at all. Well the employee on Sunday 5/29 around 7pm told us "the lobby is closed because we are lowstaff" okay I could understand if they were super busy but they weren't at all and I feel that's unfair because only the drivethru is available. I don't want to drive across the street when I can walk 1 minute, it doesn't make sense. Read more
To begin my food was good.,Walked in ..Mini Loaded Mini tacos for lunch.They were great???7 What caught my Attention was this... Handicapped motorized scooter being serviced via the drive through..while I?m all for customer service I see this as a verydangerous practice... One time getting my food at a drive thru my vehicle was hit from behind when persons in back of me steppedon gas instead of brake.? ??I did see this person come from the front door area as I arrived.only to go to the drivethrough..Only thing I could think of was this particular customer could not get inside to be waited on...Time to rethink keepingcustomer service safe practice. We checked the open hours, ordered online, went to pick up the food, and Jack in the Box was closed. We still got charged for... our order. Edit: We got a refund. I'm pleased that Jack in the Box online was able to fix our issue. Read more
