The wait at the drive thru was very long, around 30 minutes for about 6 cars. The young gentlemen at the drive thru had great... service and the food was hot and tasty. This Taco Bell is awesome! The lady in the drive through wore a fun giant taco hat and was very kind...she even gave me an extra... drink they made on the house. Quick service and food proportions were great! Read more
Rude bottom of the barrel fast food employees. 45 minute drive through weights to get slopped together burritos that leak out... the bottom. This place has made me swear off Taco Bell all together. I have a $40 gift card I refuse to use because this placeis such a nightmare. The owner/manager should be embarrassed and I hope they go bankrupt. But of course they won't becauseidiots keep lining up 20 cars long to wait an hour for a $5 burrito that's really worth nothing. Terrible customer service! This Taco Bell never has any pizzas... Why do they have a Pizza Hut if making a pizza is too... difficult? This Taco Bell's line is ridiculously long, and they will not let you add on an item at the window, not even a simplebean and cheese burrito. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, they would not accommodate me and closed the window while I wastalking. So rude! Read more
Every time I have come here it takes 15-20 minutes for my order to be taken? employees walk by cleaning the lobby or act like... they don?t see me . The lobby is a mess with trash on the floor and things someone could potentially trip over. I did an onlineorder recently and came by and they had the windows covered and never answered the phones. I assume they were short staff butthis is acceptable. It took 15 minutes before someone asked if I have been helped. Read more

I've never been inside a Taco Bell that's this fun looking. I love their decorations. Definitely an amusing place to sit down... and eat some food. They even have a Polaroid booth. Read more
