Very charming atmosphere, very authentic to Japan with the requirement to remove your shoes and sit on the ground. Luckily there... are cut outs below the table so your feet can hang down as most Americans aren’t accustomed to sitting on the floor. The foodwas excellent, we ordered way too much. One of the rolls was overwhelmed with a truffle oil - it was the only dish we didn’tlike. Recommend getting a reservation if you plan to come at normal dinner hours. Read more

Irori Sushi is a whole vibe. I would venture to say this place rivals all LA sushi restaurants. It’s a great date place but... remember to wear socks because you do have to take your shoes off at the door. The seats are sunken so your legs go under thetable. You might want to sit at the bar if you have trouble getting up from seated positions on the ground. The sushi isspectacular. The service is efficient and the staff knowledgeable. Our always order is the Salmon Blue Crab without the trufflefor us. We also love the Ginza roll if you like a little kick. Read more

Sushi spot in the pavilions complex with floor seating and a no-shoes policy. As of this time, I couldn’t make a reservation... online, but they do accept reservations via the phone. We were able to get seated at the sushi bar (there was a wait in havingsomeone come seat us as well as two other parties, but they’re short staffed, so it’s all good). Around 7pm, it was anapproximately 20 minute wait for walk-ins to get a table (indoor seating). Bathrooms are available in the back, and they providerubber slippers to use since you’ll have to place your own shoes in a cubby at the entrance. There are a couple of combooptions alongside a la carte roll options. Hot food options are available as well. The spicy tuna crispy rice came in 3 and wasgood. The combo A was more filling than I thought and came with an option of spicy tuna or California rolls, salad, and misoalong with the plate of sushi. Parking is plentiful in the pavilions lot. Credit cards are accepted. Overall, it’s a coolspot to grab reasonably priced sushi. Read more

5 Stars on the entire experience. Super clean spot, which is good because this is a shoe free restaurant (bring socks, but they... have footies if you forget). You get the experience of sitting on the floor. But that is because they cut out sections for yourfeet so still sitting in a chair position which is great for people of all ages, some not able to sit cross legged. The foodwas spot on! They have rotating specials, which we tried all of, but the menu is just the right size. You don't get overwhelmedwith all the options like at some places, but they definitely have everything you want. Fresh and very fast service. I willdefinitely be coming back! Read more
