A very special restaurant with amazing service and incredible sushi. I would definitely recommend this spot for the sushi bar,... call ahead and reserve a spot at the bar so you can watch the masters in action. They offer a revolving menu with different fishmost times we come based on season. The style is more typical Japanese in both service and food. So the items on the menu are abit different to a lot of other American - Japanese places nearby. Nozomi and Ken are wonderful, I hope you are lucky to havethem! The place is a little unassuming but what they can plate up rivals some of the best. Usually between $50-100 per persondepending on your taste and appetite. Update 2022: We returned almost 3 years later and it is still our favorite sushi restaurant here. The service is truly... extraordinary. Taka is wonderful and takes the time to talk to his customers. All of our food was incredible. It's worth everypenny. 2019: Would highly recommend! The sushi rolls were amazing! The CA roll was made with fresh fish, rather than the usualimitation crab. We could tell everything that we ordered was made fresh. The miso soup, the eggplant, the corn tempura, therolls and edamame were delicious. One of the sushi chefs made us a special treat and it was much appreciated! The service wasoutstanding. We left wanting to go back. Read more

I went here with my dad who doesn’t eat raw fish so probably not the best idea but we hd all the izakaya pub grub like... takoyaki and yakiniku which was all delicious. Then I had the tuna nigiri which transported me. Hd the house hot sake too. Solid all around and good vibe. Read more

Clean authentic. Had the Omakase which came with amazing yellowtail sushi maki and with sushi from 6 fish and roe caviar and... eel. Fantastic to be honest. Will come here again. Not cheap but not too ‘spensive either. Read more

First time here. Sat outside. Probably wouldn't drive from far away but we live just up the street. Karage chick was yummy but... we had to ask for a fun dipping sauce. Monk fish liver was delightful, but spendy compared to some of our other west sidefavorites. Always love the gobo salad. In the end, solid meal, but a little expensive compared to some of our usual haunts andnot quite as special. Read more

Excellent spot in Marina del Rey. Service is awesome, Miyu is very professional and will advice you well. Fish is fresh, we... tried sashimi, sushi, rolls and they were all delicious. We also had gyoza and eggplant and it was yummy. They have sake, beersand wine. We had green tea ice cream to finish this exquisite lunch. Arigato I will definitely come back and recommend. Read more
