Worst Starbucks. My drink was wrong so I called and spoke to the manager and I was given a free drink the next time I came in. I... went in to get it and it was still wrong. Coffee shop that removes or covers all the power supplies for customers doesn't deserve a repeat visit from me or initial one... frome you. Others beware. They essentially want you to get your codfee drink and move on. Read more

The worse Starbucks I have ever been to. Everything is an issue these days. You can order, pay and ask for something at the... register, then when you pick up your order everything is a problem and they give you serious attitude. Customer service ishorrible even when not busy. I have gone to multiple Starbucks since and have stopped going to this one. No one makes a big dealor complains about stuff the way the baristas do at this location. Now, I drive further away to avoid this location at allcosts. There are at least 5 locations nearby and none ever give me the attitude or make a big deal of the things they do. Thebaristas need better training. Anything you ask for (and order when placing your order) is an issue. Asking for a stirrer, agreen stopper, a bit more milk, a tray, etc. Poor management. One guy who appears to be a manager is extreme friendly; he?s theonly saving grace. But nothing is done when you mention issues. Never again. Read more
