Food and service were good. Watching the boats pass is relaxing.

Upon entering, we were told by the young man at the door the wait was about 20 minutes. Many others waited too. A half hour... later I did a walked through and counted 9 empty tables, and back room completely empty. We ended up seating ourselves at ahigh top by the bar. Food was mediocre at best. However, the waitress was very good. Anita would have never put up with somany having to wait when there were empty tables. It wasn?t lack of staff either, same tables were filled before closing. We had dinner there tonight. Our server was Terrie and she was very nice! Food was excellent! One daughter had kids nachos,... one daughter had kids fish and fries. Both loved their food. We all shared an order of cheese bread. That was delicious! Iread some reviews before ordering and seen a few people suggested spinach and artichoke pizza. My husband and I ordered that tosplit. Wow that was really good. Hands down the best pizza and cheese bread I've had. We live an hour and twenty-five minutesnorth-west. We will definitely be back. ???? Read more

I had a jumbo burrito, and the portion was good, but maybe a little much cheese. But it still tasted good. The first time I came... I got a steak and it was overcooked, and they told me I just didn't know what a medium rare steak looked looked like andwouldn't take it back, and it was pretty tough. But steak is pretty hard for people to cook for some reason. So I will give it 4stars based on the other food.. and the AMAZING NACHOS!!! Read more

I'm visiting from the west side of the state and my family loves Anita's, so I was eager to give it a try. We had a large party... and our server was very accommodating and gave us incredible service. My husband and I are both vegetarians, so we had breadedcauliflower (good), queso (very good) and chips, a vegetarian wet burrito (good, but would be better with the queso inside), andthe garden sub with fries (crispy and yummy). BUT the BEST thing we tried was the spinach and artichoke pizza. If you go heredo your taste buds a favor and get this pizza. It's so unique and delicious; even the crust without added flavoring was verygood. This is easily one of the best pizzas I've ever had. I would gladly travel across the state again for this pizza alone.Well done. Read more

Great food and great staff. Honestly, I didn't expect much when ordering the baked cod and steamed spinach(and I've never had it... before), but it was so delicious! Thanks for a great experience! Can't wait to come back for the river-side patio when it'swarmer! Read more

Our server was great! Other server made it clear immediately that they rotate tables because she couldn?t be more rude to us -... when it was her table, she greeted accordingly and night/day. Set the tone. Pizza was not bad but wouldn?t return for it.Didn?t touch Philly sub. Tried fries and not a fan. Mushroom appetizer was anything expected at a diner ? frozen and filled withwater when you bite into them. Waste of money. Overall, disappointing experience (food) that will not be repeated. Gave 3 starsfor our server who was great! Read more
