Honest and helpful! (And great pizza) Ordered through the app, the app crashed and said to try again. Ordered, and when pizza... was delivered they let us know it double charged my card. Delivery guy suggested I call the store. Before I was able to, theyhad refunded my card for the second purchase! Read more

The service is hit or miss on friendliness. Food isn't always great. Delivery is always earlier than expected which is great.... And I've even had to go back to pay for food because they told me I was good and then the minute I walk through my door after apickup they called and said I needed to come back and pay because of an error on their end. Ordered a pizza and waited for it to get delivered as i pay and tip with my card. They threw the pizza on my porch in the snow... and never bothered to let me know it was delivered. After 40 mins i went outside to take my trash out to find my pizza under aninch of snow. Very dissatisfied and find it quite embarrassing that thats how i find the food ive bought and paid for along withtipped. If these are the services people receive than i guess jets is the new number 1. Read more
I Normally wouldn't write a bad review, however i was really frustrated tonight. So i was on my way home & ordered delivery. I... ordered 10 boneless wings & a large steak & cheese calzone. With extra meat & extra cheese. Lettuce & tomatoes on the side. Thewings were great & then i went to have half of the calzone. Except it came with a massive amount of mushrooms. I am allergic tomushrooms. No big deal right? I called them (this is where i got upset) & explained what i ordered & the girl on the phone madeit out to be my fault. It was my fault because they put mushrooms on it & there is nothing they can do about it. Not goodcustomer service. I doubt highly that I'll rver order from there again. Read more
