Disappointing. For 200.00 a night I would expect the shower/room to be mildew/mold free. Thermostat did not work, no ac... available. Cleanliness should be a high priority especially just coming out of a pandemic. Read more
Just ok?rooms are new/clean and modern design. Lots of traffic on that corner - morning, noon, and night. Had a 2nd floor... balcony room facing south. Comparing to recent stay at River Crab ???? - this was not nearly as fun a spot. Read more
Beautiful hotel, our rooms were fantastic, great view of the river from our balcony watching the big freighters go by.... Definitely a destination place you don't want to miss. I highly recommend this Inn.???????? Read more
My husband and I have been Patronizing the inn on the water for more than a year and a half and it has been nothing but... excellent service. Renee has always been our go to person at the Inn on the water. Her kindness, and bubbly personality has madeour stay wonderful. The rooms has always been clean and neat. I would recommend anyone to book a home away from home at the Innon water street. Read more
We stayed 2 nights,and the beds were incredible to sleep in! The only draw back was a grab and go breakfast,I have stayed at a... Holiday Inn Express,and had a better one,really. I expected more because of the premo price,for a stay.Not to mention theattitude,I encountered,when the espresso machine was being cleaned. Not a " sorry for the inconvenience". I love love this place! Rooms are always clean, they allow dogs, balcony views are beautiful and they even have a sitting room... on the second floor to enjoy the river if you want a better view. I have stayed here multiple times and in the past, I wouldhave given 5 stars, but the staff was not as friendly this time as they have been a couple of years ago. Read more
We stayed at the Inn on Water Street in mid-September and will not be returning. While the inn has a great location and well... designed rooms, the negatives outweigh these positives. We found limited parking available upon arriving, a locked frontentrance at 2:00 in the afternoon, then very loud people in the hallway and nearby room/rooms from 11:30 PM to after 2:00 AMwith no answer upon calling the front desk and housekeeping.
