Worst Applebee's I've ever been to (and I usually like Applebee's). It should have been our clue that it was almost empty at 6pm... on a Saturday. Despite being one of only about four tables occupied, it took forever to take our order. Took forever to get ourfood. Our drinks seemed like they had no alcohol in them. When I got up to try to see what might be taking so long since wehadn't seen our waiter in a while, we was standing behind the bar playing on his phone. Our food was not terrible but we allordered items we have had previously and they were substantially worse than previous times we have had them. I like Applebee'sbut skip this one. Read more

So.. short handed & the 2 girls that were on the floor waiting tables, one was new... manager explained but, let us wait several... minutes and never got us anything and forgot about us..ugh The new girl..shy quiet and no eye contact... but, was very sweet andefficient.food was good... Read more

Went to have a nice dinner out walked in the door hostess was at the front looked at our us back down. Her manager came up asked... her to wipe a couple tables. Waited for her to complete that task and when she returned still will only look at us withoutsaying a word. I understand they maybe understaffed but for the manager and hostess to ignore my group of 2 and another fatherdaughter group is crazy. Went tonight they only had one server we know we'd have to be patient and wait my granddaughter wanted to go there. Waited 20... minutes to get a table then sat down ordered food an hour later they told us they lost our order. What???? I'm all for beingpatient and understanding when it comes to staffing issues but not when it comes to neglect. We left and went to a differentrestaurant and walked out when they came to ask us what we ordered in the first place. Really! Read more

Ok labor day with one customer in the place still we received the Worst service ever. They are open until 11pm but if you show... up at 9pm the waitresses tells you that they are only serving appetizers. With 2 hours until close, only one other customer inthe place, still don't consider being able to eat anything but an appetizer. That's poor management to say the least. This isthe second time I've been here and recieved horrible service both times. The first time we waited so long we ended up justleaving after waiting at the door for 15 minutes and not being helped I highly do not recommend this establishment. Ifmanagement is allowing their servers to be this way as employees come from the back eating food as well you can only imagine howclean the place is as it seems employees get to do whatever they want. We were traveling through and decided to stop here despite the bad reviews. Walking in was uncomfortable as we were greeted by... two very quiet girls who spent a few moments talking with themselves before seating us. They also did not ask us how many peoplewe had (3) or if we wanted a booth or a table. Once seated, the hostess did not tell us anything about our server or offer toget drinks while we waited. A family was then seated directly behind us trapping us into our chairs despite a very openrestaurant with a lot of alternative seating options. Five or so minutes passed before our server finally approached. Despiteour initial frustration and discomfort, our server was incredible and so nice. It didn?t take us long to realize she was theonly server working. Our food was great. Dessert was delicious. We went to eat and we left happy with our meals. Read more

The waitresses are kind of rude and the entire staff seems baffled that people would want food here? It's like they forgot it's... a restaurant and are being inconvenienced by people's presence. The first waitress seemed annoyed that people were walking intothe store. I was there to pick up an order and they seemed upset that people would order common items off their menu from theapp when their equipment wasn't working, despite there being no notice on the app of said problem. While I was waiting for themto clear things up, the other waitress was telling her coworkers at the bar that she forgot what drink one of the customerswanted. She genuinely did not seem like she cared at all, and she seemed an absolutely no hurry to fix the problem. I havenever seen employees with this much apathy. It honestly was jarring for a restaurant environment - the employees at Burger Kingand McDonald's are genuinely more energetic and better at their jobs. If you really want to go to a restaurant with the word"apple" in it, go to Applejack's I guess. Read more

We walked in sat down and there are 2 females behind the bar. Neither of them greet us or say a word. We sit for a while. I... ask about menus. The one waitress rolled her eyes and said u can get a menu but it will be a while cus we don't have a cook!!! Like seriously you couldn't have greeted us and told us that when we walked in the door?!!!? Poor customer service. Poorservice all together! Might as well shut your doors! Seriously!
