This Jimmy Johns has never once gotten an order correct for me and I order on the mobile app, so there is no confusion of what... was ordered. Website says they're open, but am here now and they are closed, 8:45pm, frustrating to not have accurate information. After a... week and no response from the local level (corporate did reach out) I will not be spending any more of my money at thislocation. I will continue to patronize JJ's, just not this one! I received a 10.00 " Thanks for giving us another chance"gift card in the mail today. Didn't mention if they've attempted to rectify the problems with the particular location. Notsure if I'll give them "another chance" or not! But at least wanted to update this rating. Read more

I usually love the Jimmy John's veggie sub. I actually crave it. On January 1st, I ordered one through the app and went... through the drive thru to pick it up. I took it home to eat, which was about 15 minutes after I picked it up. It did not tasteright and the bread was soggy. I opened it up and this is what I saw, brown lettuce and soggy vegetables. I think maybe thiswas a leftover from the night before, definitely not fresh. I ended up throwing it away and had a bowl of cereal instead. Ireached out to Jimmy John's corporate to let them know. Also, I wanted my money back. Corporate got back to me a couple dayslater (January 3) and said they wanted to make it right and send my information to the owner of store, who should get back to mein 24 hours. As of January 7, I have still not heard back from owner of store. I will not be back to this store and recommendanyone else to steer clear. I will get my Jimmy John's elsewhere or go to another sub shop altogether. Read more
