Kind of getting tired of this stores lack of detail. Everytime I place an online order before leaving work and grab it on my way... home I have been shorted something, and by the time I get home and notice the only thing that's open is the drive through so itis impossible to call to try and get it rectified. Order is always getting messed up If you call about it they are willing to send you a coupon and that never comes. They made me... bring my entire bag back in so they could go through it an verify I was missing 2 cheese burgers after he started unwrapping itI told him I want a refund after having spoke to the other manager on the phone and him calling me a liar and it was all toomuch I was in tears as my 3 kids are sitting in the car wondering what is going on. And so much more, the one guy gave me arefund and a coupons for a free ice cream I was so insulted and gave them a second chance all for them to give me old nuggets. Icalled the young lady said she could send me a coupon or replace the 20 peice I said no coupon and drove all the way back forthe 20 piece wich was fresh but im so over it. Read more
Seriously if I could give zero stars I would. Management has totally failed !!!!!! While I was waiting for my order in the... lobby, four separate people came in from four separate cars in the drive thru. All 4 parties had mixed up orders of food. Thecrew was dumbfounded and couldn?t figure out what to do. I wasn?t even given a receipt with an order number. Finally I got myorder and was charged two different prices for order two of the SAME THING. Shortly later another guy walked in with the wrongdrive up order. What a mess. They have a Huge play area. Kids love this place. There is a big obstacle course of kids to play around. Tables have light in... them. Then there are tablet stations for kids. Quick service for stop and go food. Lots of parking. Newer building. Read more
