If zero stars were an option, it would be zero. I ordered a pizza, never received it, called said they would send another, again... never received it. Called and explained to the manager I never received it, they must be delivering to a different house. Hetold me no the delivery driver delivered it both times ??????????? hung up on me multiple times. Anyways, we ordered dominoesand actually received that ???????? Order pizza at 6pm last night. Finally called at 7:20pm to see why we never got our order. The man who answered the phone picked... up with "we are closed". I proceeded to tell him that I never got my order. He said that doordash must have taken it and to calltheir customer service if I have issues and then hung up. I ordered through the Pizza Hut app, not Doordash. Needless to say, wenever received our order or got a refund. NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!! Read more
Placed an order at 6pm after waiting 1hr+ called and waited 20mins on hold only to be hung up on after that got a text that door... dash will be delivering it 2 hrs later it finally shows up cold and basically inedible. Our problem is not the food! The food has always been great, when we can get it! Not being able to order happens all the... time! Tonight is Friday, we tried placing an order online, for pickup, but we were informed there's no carry out tonight! We arein an area that does not get delivery, and this is a carry out or delivery restaurant, (no done in available) .... Maybe, theysimply don't want to take any orders!? Horrible service!! Ordered pizza at 530 to be delivered at 630. App at 700 showed pizza not being cooked yet. Called store and... asked what was going on basically gave me the cold shoulder then I told him to cancel order and refund my money and he hung upon me. Stay classy Pizza Hut.
