Went in, during normal lunch hours. The manager behind counter saw me and laughed. And she refused to take my order at register.... She needs fired. And if you're that under staffed that your employees won't take orders inside, just close the doors and postthe hours you WILL be open. Read more

I rarely leave a bad review for anyone. I hate it. I don't like to downgrade anyone's business. Normally I give Burger King the... highest ratings, it's one of my favorite fast food places. I have been eating at this location for over 20 years. The staffused to be very friendly and professional. Whether I use to drive through window or dine in the staff always had a smile andwas very helpful. With all that said for the last 5 years or so the service has been terrible. The waitresses at the drivethrough window have been snotty, rude and hatefull, for no reason. There's never a smile, there's never a please come back,there's never a thank you! And don't dare to ask for extra napkins, salt or pepper. I actually told a girl at the window, ifyou hate your job so much why don't you quit. There's no reason to ruin everyone else's day. Read more
Stopped in for a sugar and caffeine rush while driving back to Alabama. Staff made me a fresh pot of coffee with a smile. Clean... dining room and restroom, pleasant employees. Thanks BK! Read more
Stopped in today the doors were locked. The mail lady stopped in and she was a woman of color they let her in. The next guy... comes same thing man of color and they unlock they door let him in. My friend and I try it they lock the door on us and justlook at us and smiled but wouldn't let us in . Just felt like a race issue may not have been but I definitely felt that way. This is the worse Burger King I have ever went to! We were traveling and decided to stop in Marion, Arkansas and stoppen by... Burger King. At First we thought they were closed because the lot was empty. Nobody was in the drive thru when we arrive! Wewere asked to move up, but we were wondering why because nobody was in front or behind us! We waited at leather 15 Minutes forour order! We thought the food was being Made fresh as long as it took! We were already Back in the interstate before we tookthe food out the bag, or would have turned around and got our money Back. I called the store Manager and she didnt actconcerned! Stopped here to eat and told they were only able to make fried food. Went ahead and ordered chicken strip meals. Used the men's... restroom and it had clearly not been attended to (dirty and paper towels all over the place). Got our food to go and startedeating on our way and fries were very cold. Tasted like they had been sitting out for a while. Staff was overall friendly,however I did notice one of them using their cell phone with gloves on. We will definitely not visit here again. They put so much mayo on the whopper that is should come with a straw and a spoon to eat your burger. It's funny, there is a... sign on the door behind the cash register basically saying employees don't bring your cell phone into the building. If yourcaught on your cell, you face suspension or termination. I observed 2 out of 3 of the employees on their phones which is part ofthe reason bacon cheeseburgers and a drink take 6 to 8 minutes additional minutes after you pay at the drive through. I think ifI would have recieved a straw for my drink it would have made leaving this review less critical. Maybe next time right! Read more
