Drive through for a McRib!! I love the McRib. So I treat myself once a week until they quit serving them.
We got 2 big Mac meals large and two chocolate shakes on the side. Burgers were cold. Fries taste reheated and shake weren't... good.... This was Thursday 11/17/22. Woke up Friday both my husband and I were sick. Him extremely, vomiting and all..... Younglady at 1st drive-thru window was nice BUT I will NOT eat here again and definitely wouldn't recommend anyone to them. We hadn'teaten McDonald's in years. Used to go to this location 7yrs ago, it wasn't bad then. But now..... SMDH DON'T DO IT UNLESS YOUWANT TO BE SICK.... PERIOD 0 STAR FROM US.... Waste of $31.... Literally went in the toilet...... This location is absolutely disgusting. Our son?s fries had hair in it and he had to wait even longer for his food to cook with... no hair. The workers do NOT wear hair nets at all. The bathrooms were DISGUSTING. See pictures attached. My husband stated thatthe mens? bathroom was equally disgusting. It was so bad that my child could not use the bathroom due to the nastiness. Let?stalk about the flies. The amount of flies in this location were absolutely horrendous. Lastly, I want to mention one of theworkers. We didn?t get her name, but she was drinking a white claw (mango flavored) while on her break. She was drinking it inthe attached Shell Gas Station (which was equally as nasty). This location needs some serious revamping. We 100% recommend noone to eat there or visit this location for anything at all. If 0 stars could be given, that?s what we would give. Read more
This place is not open 24 hours even though it says so online. This place shutters down and closes the drive thru at night also.... It says open but it isn't 24 hours. See posted hours on the doors. Drive thru is also closed at night Read more
The advertised price for all soft drinks on the computerized sign is $1. I was charged $1.49. I called this to the manager?s... attention. The price on the leaderboard had been changed, but what catches the customer?s eye had not. They refused to honor theadvertised price. It?s not about the money but fairness in advertising. It's impossible to get a manager on the phone . The number goes straight to an unsetup voicemail. I placed an app order... lastnight For 2 Frappe. When I arrived I was told the machines were down.and item not avail. So I left and went elsewhere. This morning I'm emailed a receipt for an order. . Looking at the app my order was deleted and another put in.app shows it wasdone at the McDonald's location.employees should not have access to anyone's credit card. It is not for their use. It is creditcard fraud. The amount charged was small but the point is that it should have never been used. I emailed Corp. And hopefullysomeone will get in touch with me. If you use your credit card at this location!, watch your account closely.. the onlyexplanation is deliberate fraudulent use . I will be contacting Marion police this morning to insure this doesn't happen againor to others.. Read more
The manger refused to provide toilet tissue for the bathroom! Then refused to come back to the front to resolved the issue. I... was tempting to call corporate, but we're were on vacation and the hassle didn't seem worth it. Anyway, this is a much betteroutlet for the public to know the truth! We wound up using wipes from the car. That's right, they never gave us the toiletpaper!!! The restaurant was filthy!!! So we didn't even bother to order anything although we were hungry! I have never been sodisappointed with a McDonald's experience and I doubt that I will ever return. Read more
Horrible, cheeseburgers were cold! They're about the size of a quarter and over cooked,no pickles. The big mac should be called... "little mac!" Never patronizing them again! Read more
