This location has literally treated me like royalty each time I have ever visited even if they had messed up my order a time or... two in the pa. The managers are ALWAYS on top of correcting any issue immediately ! I will always come back to this location andrefer family and friends. I hope this team never leaves. Came here 4 times, everytime staff was great food was good. Came in this week. Someone was being trained, I get it, they need a... little more time. BUT a bunch of other employees saw me. I sat there for 7 minutes, nothing, so I left. Ok. Read more
On our third visit today, 10/23/22, we were seated and then completely ignored for over 15 minutes. After seeing other customers... being addressed which came in after we did and receiving coffee, I asked for our waitress; only to receive this response, "I'mnot your waitress." I would have hoped that they would have taken the time to at least say I will get your server for you ratherthan just give us attitude. Read more
Messed up our order twice. Took almost an hour to get our order. The booths are very small in size which doesn?t leave you much... room with 2 children. Had to ask for my waiter to bring me coffee after he walked by our table 6 times and never asked if weneeded anything. The manager did take my omelet and re-heat it in the microwave but we were told that they messed up the omeletand that?s what we were waiting on for our order so I would have expected it to be hot. It was not. Would NOT RECOMMEND eatinghere. This is the second chance we gave this establishment and will probably be the last. Recommend eating at the Cracker Barrelin town instead. Read more
