Service was excellent !! She was on top of our drinks and to.go.order. The appetizers were hot and delicious. We had a sampler... plus cheese curds with Carmel( just try it) and fried pickles. When our food came out (. We did have 8 people) the fries werebarely warm. Not the waitress fault so we didn't say anything . We had zero wait time for a table. Read more
We came around 12 pm on a Tuesday and it was busy. We got seated right away. Service was good. Food was great.
This place doesn?t surprise me anymore. We called at 6:02 and they said it would be a 25 minute wait, we waited for about 50... minutes till we got the food. When we walked to the takeout section it took 10 minutes for a worker to even acknowledge us. Whenwe got home the fries were cold and stail and the wings seemed like they were sitting out for 3 hours. This place has a seriousproblem with there customer service and it needs to get fixed bad. Maybe they should start hiring more adults than high schoolkids that don?t know what the hell they are doing and them having a smart attitude. Overall this place has very bad customerservice and you can get way better wings and food elsewhere for much cheaper and way better customer service. Read more

I understand staffing issues these days, but why are you seating a ton of people if they're just gonna sit there forever waiting... for their order to be taken. Waited 20 minutes just to order our drinks and there are 5 other tables that have been seated aswell and are waiting even longer. And then we had to wait 30 minutes just to get our food. We wanted to give this place anothertry after several years because we had this same problem. I really think this will be the last time for sure. Read more
The salsa and guacamole was disgusting, taste unflavored and like semi- liquidity tomato paste. the waitress with the sparkling... mask seemed to be avoiding the table. Nobody was at the front and we just stood there for about 5-7 min before being seated. Ihad a party of 4, just for the waitress to come over it took 17 min. The queso was lukewarm the first time, the Thai curry wingswere a 8/10, Buffalo wings seemed over cooked, BBQ wings were over cooked and hard ( both the traditional and boneless), lemonpepper wing were 8/10 fresh but the spicy garlic wings tasted old and were hard. A total of 55 minute wait for food. When I wentto the restroom, 3 staff members, were giggling and messing around. This establishment doesn't close till 12:30 am and my partyarrived here at 10:02 pm. About 8 tables filled but 2 left withing 20 minutes of my arrival and about several guest at the bar.Gave us the bill before we could ask for a box, she charged us incorrectly on the bill.
