I know it's fast food pseudo-Italian food, but I absolutely love this place. I use the app to order and save up my rewards... which are actually really good and build up quickly. Only place where you can get a huge family meal for like $25 and actuallyfeed a family and have leftovers. Read more
Won't fix delivery orders that get messed up if you use the app. I'm not getting money back for the three items of my order that... they didn't get to my home. I don't plan to waste any more money for that kind of service. And I will add this is the seconddelivery order in row they messed up. Read more
They messed up my order, gave me some sort of loaded baked spaghetti instead of stuffed shells. $9 of grossness. The rest of the... food was very cheap tasting, kinda like a stouffers meal. The bread sticks were the best part except it came with no marinarasauce and the food had none to spare. Read more
At approximately 8:15 pm, on June 5th, 2022; my fiance and I, who both just love Fazoli's on occasion, drove to the Marion... Illinois Fazoli's location, drive up window, to order 2 Lasagna meals. We were given ample time to look at the menu, placed ourorder successfully, and then pulled up behind only two vehicles who were currently in line waiting for their order in front ofus. In all sincere honesty, we have no idea how long they had been already waiting for their order; but after a few minutes, itwas more than obvious, to the most casual of observers, that they were NOT, going to wait another second! The driver of themiddle aged group of men in their truck, rolled down the window, and very kindly asked, if I would back up just enough to letthem out ? I kindly accommodated them; they kindly thanked me, then burnt rubber leaving, as they were definitely outraged bythe purely unacceptable wait time they had already lost! It is imperative that I note... these were men in their mid 40's. Notkids... We then pulled up behind the car, they had been waiting on, at 8:27pm. We were in the process of going through thesame, failure in operational Public Relations; that the previous customer had just furiously experienced, whenever we spottedLong John Silver's across the street! Meanwhile, back at the Ranch... another car had ordered, and pinned us in. I rolled mywindow down, motioned to the car behind us, and asked him to let us out. Food is good, garlic bread sticks fantastic. However, I would like to see some lighter pasta options other than heavy sauces.... They do have salads and subs. Brownies are really good Their fruit ice machine is broken. Apparently hasn't worked for sometime.They weren't able to get a new one like the other Fazoli's in the area. Read more
