Best location by far!!! My family and I were greeted by the helpful and friendly staff after entering this establishment. We... arrived at the prime of lunch hour and we were served very quickly despite the restaurant being pretty busy at the time.Restaurant was very clean and staff was super friendly. 1st time to Freddy's. The staff was friendly and helpful. They made suggestions that fit our needs, like a lettuce wrap instead... of the bun. Food was OUTSTANDING!! The manager was so nice and gave us a small bowl of custard for our dog that was travelingwith us. He even took it, along with a bowl of water, out to the patio to feed her and talk with my wife, while I ordered andgot the food. This will DEFINITELY be a stop on our way back through. I came here twice today. Once for custard and once for food. I was waited on by Robert both times. He was clearly high on... something. The first time I got custard and I got one tiny strip of marshmallow on it. The second time I got a doublecheeseburger that I asked for plain and instead I got mustard onion and pickle on it. Very unhappy with my service and the nexttime I see him as a cashier I won?t even bother ordering because I already know it won?t be ordered correctly. Read more

NASTY! My family ate here while passing through and now we all feel like throwing up. The "burgers" were paper thin and were... mostly charred. The cheese was even thicker than the "burgers". Shoestring fries are gross. The restaurant is clean and thestaff is very nice. Culver's and Smashburger are both better for food. I have a stomach ache now. Read more

Burgers were burnt, too crispy to eat. So thin we had to throw them away. Daughter attempted to eat one out of hunger but only... ate the middle. Fries way too salty. More salt on them than potato. Will not visit this place again. 5 items for $44 not worthit. Read more

Expensive. The food was not worth the money, though my son enjoyed the fries. We ordered burgers, fries, and onion rings.... Everything was extremely oily and my hamburger had canned mushrooms on it. We should have known when there were only two otherpeople in the establishment at 1 p.m. on a Sunday. Clean facilities, wheelchair accessible dining area not over crowded bytables, extremely polite staff. The custard was good, but still too expensive. And the temperature of the dining area was verycold. We chose a booth which was wonderfully large enough to accommodate eating with elbow room. Hoping that this review is aresult of the fact that this is still a fairly new restaurant. Not sure that I will be able to let go of another $50 to testthis. Update: Freddy's contacted us, apologised for the inconvenience, and sent us two cards with the value of a free mealeach. We have yet to use the cards, but kudos for customer service. Read more
