liked it but no pepper for my gravy and no bowls or boxes for sandwich and gravy. Had difficult time eating the gravy that way

The service was slow and the fries kind of soggy. They were out of Coke. It was also way over priced. For 2 Frisco burgers... and a small fry it was a few pennies shy of $20. The one positive was the waitress at the counter had a wonderful attitude andwas really doing a great job! Read more
GOT MY ORDER WRONG AGAIN!!! I was the only customer but they still managed to screw up a "PLAIN Big Cheeseburger, nothing on it,... just the burger, cheese and bun, please." How hard is that! I got all the way home, 20 minutes away before I found out. I shouldhave known better but since I was the only customer, figured it would be okay. Now my wife has no dinner ???? Thanks againHardees! Went there with my kids to have dinner and not 1 single pop was drinkable so we asked if we could just do an upgrade to a shake... and she said she couldn't cuz she didn't have a manager code but she could make tea cuz they didn't have any so I sat there theentire time choking on what food I did eat to finally get our tea as we were leaving an just for the cook to be extremely rudeto me when I asked for a bag for our food that we were unable to eat since we had no drinks. This place is ridiculous and hasbeen in the past but this will be the LAST time I ever will go there I will continue going all the way into Herrin to get myfood. Just very sad Read more

I ordered a famous star on my lunch break and now sadly cant eat because my food is molded. This is crazy like how do you miss a... bun being gross? And the ketchup smelled bad. I'm never eating here again. Read more
