We wanted to eat at Bob Evans but forgot to call ahead (group of at least 7) and so we decided to eat here. Great service,... employees and food. Was clean and smelled so good my mouth was watering. My wife and I both used to be servers, and when we walked in, there were a few red flags that we may not want to stay. Our son... really wanted to, so we decided to stay. Overall, our experience was really good. Pros: The food was excellent. Our waitress(nashala) was fantastic. Prices were very reasonable. These 3 factors made the experience worth going back. Cons: on a Fridaynight at 7 pm, half the tables had chairs on them (marked off from seating), and there were only 2 waitresses. Floors weresticky/shoes stuck to floors. Great place to eat. I've ate here a few time but have never gave my review. My family and I stopped in again today. Our food... was great as aways. We didn't have a long wait for seating. Food was served quickly, our server (Monica) was very friendly andattentive. Was expecting a long wait because of the holiday but that was not the case. I have to say for a great meal withgreat service I Hop never disappoints. Will return again. Read more
Upon arrival, the host told us the kitchen was ?on a 15 minute or more hold.? They said we could be seated but our order... wouldn?t be turned in for atleast 15 minutes. The waiter was so nice though. I felt bad for them because they seemed verystressed over this kitchen situation. But luckily, it wasn?t long and we were able to order. The food was good, not nearly asgood as it used to be though! There was a smell of sewage type that was coming from the kitchen area every time they opened thedoor to bring out food. Great service with a smile. We didn't catch our server's name and she didn't have a name tag however she was great. We ordered... the chicken and veggie salads. They were huge and filling. Read more
Most of the food was good. They didn't know how to make eggs properly. Order eggs over medium and got raw egg whites. Sent it... back and received well over cooked eggs. Couldn't eat them. Also server over charged me had to have them take off Read more
2nd time here! Masks required when not at table.... but if you come inside and one is wearing one and the other isn't, the lady... at desk won't say anything to you. It seemed she wouldn't say anything to the guys that wasn't wearing one. Food was ok. Servicewas ok. We came on a Saturday around 11 am, and it wasn't busy at all. Read more
Seated quickly and our server introduced herself to us. She was very courteous and attentive. Food came out quickly and prepared... well. We had some confusion on what came with one dish turned out we were wrong but they remedied it. Very pleased will be backagain for sure. Read more
