Not sure why this happened, but I had ordered a medium rare burger and company had a well done burger. When we got our food mine... was cold and bun was hard as if it were sitting out. I'm guessing they cooked mine first then other's.... I received a coldplate which I didn't quite enjoy. Read more

Absolutely how a steak should be cooked. Best one I've put in my mouth, salad was good and crisp and fresh. Fries are excellent... and seasoned perfect. Nothing bad I can say about this establishment. Will dine in again when I come back to Illinois. Superbfood. Read more

My waiter was one of the best I have had in a very long time. The food was good and out promptly. Don't understand the baked... beans With Cayenne pepper though. I love baked beans and even spicy food but together not so much. Read more

The food was good. Our waiter did a great job and kept our drinks filled.. Just so loud, that was the only down fall.

It was a good experience with good food and great service. It was my first time here and I have 3 observations to share. First... was the fact that the smallest steak was 12 ounzes and second was the fact the prices were several dollars more than Texas RoadHouse for example. The other was to get any add ones like shrimp for example there was again sticker shock on something sosimple as an add on. This this is a common and popular pairing, so not sure why this wasn't it's own menu option. All I didwas add mushrooms and a coke and my bill was almost 29 USD and this does not even include tip yet. Keep in mind most people might have had an appetizer, maybe a beer or 2, possibly a coffee or dessert to finish the meal. So I don't know who theirtarget market is, but the fact remains that either the prices need to come down or portions need to dramatically increase toreflect the bloated pricing. Unfortunately I won't be back as what I spent was what I had budgeted to cover 2 meals. Read more

I have never had takeout from Logan's before and I never will again. Really not sure if I would dine in again either. The... order was ready when I got there. When I got home and opened the container the disappointment began. The first container heldthe pulled pork waffle fries. There must have been some taste testing while it sat waiting on me to pickup the order. Thisappetizer was $10.99. There was slightly more than 2 oz (I weighed it) of pulled pork. There were five or six slices ofjalapeno. Very little cheese and sour cream. I count eight waffle fries and two or three small pieces. The rest of the orderwas ok. The steak was good and properly cooked. The beans were good. The baked potato was small but good. This order cost$33.69 with tax. The staff I made contact with were friendly and quick. If I return I will not be ordering an appetizer. Read more

Week number two, In search of the Big Muddy Monster: This week I am in search of this elusive monster at one of its known... hangouts, Logan's Roadhouse. The food here is fit for ANY kind of monster, ( especially the one that lives in my stomach). Sowhile waiting for this formidable foe I ordered a meal. The food was warm and tasted wonderful. My server was spot on. All inall I had a great time here, but... I missed this creature AGAIN.. It is proving to more elusive than I had ever imagined.. Read more
