I'm not a big fan of fast food but to each their own. I am a big fan of friendly service though????
Usually this is a good McDonald's but recently their quality has really tanked. We ordered our food through the app at around... 5pm. I ordered the new cheese danish but the box says "4 hours. Use by 1:25pm." I have no idea if the Danish is still even safeto eat. Does that mean it's been sitting out since this morning? I also ordered an iced coffee and received way below the fillline. Not entirely sure what that is in my filet o fish sandwich but the missing napkins in our multiple meal order would've been nice... to have after pulling that thing out of my mouth. Not very happy right now. Read more
On any day this is a five star location. Four at the worst times in my experience. Today was an exception and I am giving... them only three stars. Everything went well. Easy order process, quick service, friendly service. We took the order to goand got down the road before opening the first QPwCh special order. No lettuce. We opened the second QPwCh special order. Again, no lettuce. The tag clearly says add shredded lettuce on both. This is the three star rating. In their defense theywere not afforded the opportunity to correct the problem as we were no longer in the area. Read more
Went in to sit down and have a cup of coffee and a breakfast snack but it took so long I had to grab it and go. Seemed like the... only ones getting service were the regulars drinking coffee. They got refills multiple times while I waited. Read more
My son had a coupon for a free big mac. He is gluten intolerant but with no bun they don't like to put on any big mac sauce on... it that's why he had the card for the free one. I told the manager why he had the card and she said she'd make sure they putsome sauce on it. We left not thinking any more about it. When he did open it it was horrible!!!!! It looked like someone tooka soup ladle full of that orangey sauce and dumped it over his bunless big mac!!!!! He did take 2 small bites hoping it wouldn'tbe that bad. I took him somewhere else to get something ateable. FYI, I only gave them 1 star because it wouldn't let me leavenone at all. Read more
Had a friend go through and get me a quarter pounder with cheese. Little did I know they started closing an hour earlier so... apparently my friend went right as they were due to close. My burger had at least 60 pickles on it. The whole box was soggy, thebun was soggy, and you couldn?t even make out where the burger patty was. I called to express my extreme disappointment withthese ?punk? employees and ask for a refund and management advised that they were closed and I would have to come back tomorrow.How convenient, thanks McDonald?s! They take way too long in the drive thur. But other than that they have improved greatly.
