Ordered the family box. Food was good, staff were friendly and place was clean
Went there yesterday November 1st just after taking my Mom to go in for surgery. An employee walked in right before me. The sign... said they opened at 10:30 AM. The door was locked. You could see them walking around. I was out there about 10 minutes and noone came and said anything! I decided to try the drive thru and I was rudely greeted by a girl saying we don?t open till 11because our truck was late. I told them they needed to put a sign on their door then. It was all horrible! There were noapologies or any kind of nice behavior from that place! I just in a completely WOW moment with the whole situation! Read more

They served me old and stale food intentionally. I have never been treated like this at a Panda Express ever before. This is... literally over 25 years of being a customer. I am able to notice Stale food on the line. Never has it been a problem when Inotify the servers that I am willing to wait on fresh product. They literally placed the Soggy & Stale food on the bottom of theorder with two pieces of the fresh product on top as if a person would not notice. Also to add insult to injury the staff evenbragged to some of their friends that came into the restaurant to eat of how badly they treated me. Read more
I absolutely luv the food here. Of course I get my dish over a ton of noodles. This month I'm into the beef brisket. Their... veggie egg rolls have a unique flavor that I luv. I enjoy the Rangoon without crab although I didn't order it on this visit. The chili sauce goes good on everything and has some heat. Great fast food. Read more
Google has incorrect opening time online. We waited outside for them to open, which was ok. A staff member walking in apologized... and told us the correct time. We ordered online and sat outside since the dining room wasn?t open until 12. They brought thefood to us outside, which I thought was really nice ????????. The place was very nicely decorated and the bathrooms were clean. Staff were friendly. We came at around 10:45 and half of the... food wasn?t done. I had to wait around 10 min to get my food. My Kung poa didn?t have any red peppers and wasn?t spicy at all.More rice than anything. One of the kids meals only had very little rice... very little of the side. I have been to many Panda?sand it is very normal for the servers to give large portions but not this time. Overall, the food was good. Closed the dining room 20 mins early so they could all leave work faster. Gestured to use the drive thru like I couldn't figure... it out. They obviously don't understand why they're getting paid. ???? Read more
