Significantly smaller sized portions for an inflated price. This restaurant used to be decent, but unfortunately it seems that... is no longer the case. My main issue was the fact that I payed the inflated price for the crab legs (price on these is somewhatunderstandable due to the current issues with supply) but they completely lacked flavor and taste. Great atmosphere with very clean bathrooms. Quick & excellent service. Manager greeting every table personal. Waitress gave us... bag for leftover bread including fresh warm ones to take home. As always the seafood & vegetables were very fresh and cooked toperfection. Read more
It is very clean with nice staff, ordered crab. I feel like red lobster here is missing something to make it perfect, partner... felt like salmon was lacking some seasoning but I tried it and it was fine to me. Judge that as you will. Prices are very high,which I understand red lobster isn't your typical chain but it's not exactly star level fancy either. Read more
I really enjoyed my food - the 3 by the sea offers a budget friendly meal, and I always have leftovers enough for a 2nd meal!... All for under $16. My waitress was attentive and I had a pleasant dining experience. Read more
In person dining is great and the food is delicious. If you order food for pickup however, you are going to have a bad time. In... the last three times that my family has ordered from them, an item has been missing. In this case I didn't get the rice thatcomes with my meal and my stuffed flounder is tiny. The picture that I've attached was $18.99. I was extremely disappointed withthe portion size of the flounder and it doesn't help that they didn't give me one of my sides. Read more
We haven’t eaten at Red lobster in awhile and I remember why now. The food is just mediocre. The staff was great but I could... clearly tell the crab stuffed mushrooms was made with badly canned crab. If this is how it’s done I would suggest usingcanned clams as there are several canned clams that make a lot better flavor than any canned crab I have ever cooked with. Theywere watered down, I’m guessing from how they were cooked they let the mushroom “juice” stay in the dish, but it lookedlike the mushrooms were sitting in water instead of a sauce. Our visit here was around noon. I ordered the pick three ($25) shrimp scampi, fried shrimp and scallops. Wife ordered the main... lobster tail, shrimp skewer ($35) and daughter ordered the main lobster tail on the kids menu ($12) The food here is "okay" butnot for the price. My wife's lobster tail and daughters were the same size, very small and just tasted like boiled tail. Theygave my daughter a lemon slice but not my wife. Same with the melted butter. We had to ask for more. The shrimp was "okay"seasoning was alright. They forgot my 3rd pick on my order, so I informed the waitress of what had happened and to just removethe 3rd from the bill. What I did receive was the scallops and scampi. The scallops were the size of marbles and I would say Ihad about 4 oz of them on a plate. Shrimp was about the same portions. Maybe ten French fries (no joke) on the side. Daughterhad french fries too and I am not sure who had more. No I do not like leaving negative reviews, but I have to review the wholeexperience. The staff were nice, forgetful, but nice. They even pulled a lobster out to let my daughter touch it on the way out.If staff were all I was rating, it would be great. The portions were just ridiculously small and way overpriced. $75 beforetipping. It was really dark inside and not like a romantic dark. Everything in laminated in dark wood. The tables and booths aredated and things just looked dirty. I tried hard not to complain but I could tell that my wife was disappointed as well. Thereare many places that are less expensive in Marion and have better food. I just can not recommend this place to anyone. Fast friendly service. Placed our order and I know within 10 minutes the food was hot and at our table. And of course the... delicious cheddar bay biscuits. Definitely going to be my go to in or near Marion Illinois. Good job staff and manager. Read more
