Always see a line here- well there is a reason. They do Starbucks right. FYI order ahead pick up your order if you do not want... to wait in line. Or you just go thru the drive thru and tell them your order name and they got ya. Pick up Starbucks gift cardsand give for holiday gifts and you can add it to your Starbucks app or even just randomly get a $50 Gift card to give to yourwife every couple of weeks, it will cut down on your SORRY time lol Read more
I love Starbucks, but sometimes this one isn't it. They tend to be out of things a lot. (How are you out of almond milk, Walmart... is across the street?) And they are criminally understaffed. So much so, that they're often closed for mobile orders... I onlydo mobile, I'm not trying to explain my order to some poor barista making minimum wage. Ain't nobody got the time or patiencefor that. Every time I visit this location is ALWAYS out of oatmilk and more recently, even almond milk. I am lactose intolerant and it?s... frustrating to not be able purchase my drinks that I can get in other locations without issue. Also be warned- the quality ofcustomer service here apparently depends on who is working. I?ve had some lovely encounters with some employees and then I?vesadly had experience with workers who have a short and annoyed tone the moment you pull up in the drive thru. If I wasn?t sotired from work, I would take the time to go to the Carbondale location. Read more
I would very much like to thank Tony and Angel from the Marion Starbucks store for the exceptional service that I have gotten... from them since the day this location has opened. I usually only go to this location to eat or drink because I know that theywill give me quality food and drinks every single time. They both brighten my day every day I come here. The owner of this storehas two very special people in their employment and I hope that they treat them well, because I?m sure I?m not the only one whogoes here to see them and to always know they will have quality service. Located among endless number of food outlets on US 57, it is always a treat to have the taste of good coffee. The place is not... busy and overly staffed.
