Dining area and Bathrooms were very clean. Food was cooked perfectly and in my opinion a great value. It takes a little bit to... learn the new kiosk ordering system, but it is not that difficult. Overall I would give it an excellent rating. Read more

I have never been one to ever experience or expect cleanliness with a Steak 'n Shake, but at least the food was great, for a... cheap and quick bite. After being extendedly closed for Covid, I kind of hoped that they would have taken the time to thoroughlyscrub the entire place. Sadly, it doesn't seem like it. We've been back a few times and have been disappointed. The burgerpatties are almost paper thin now, there's no more mac 'n cheese on the menu for kids, wait staff have been replaced withcomputers, and the bathrooms are disgusting. This past visit, the toilets in both bathrooms were either trashed, notflushed/clogged, or completely broken, along with the soap dispensers. Both restrooms appeared that like they had not beencleaned in a long time. The smell was absolutely repulsive. Unfortunately, we're probably going to stop visiting. Read more
Somebody needs to get the cook trained. 13 plus min wait.. ordered a frisco melt, bread was not toasted so it was just soggy... butter outside and somehow I got Buffalo sauce on my burger rather then thousand island. Smh. Read more
Bringing in 18 people, the two maybe three workers made our visit the best it was able to be. Management needs to help out their... workers with more staff. Food was good except for the cotton candy shake. Whipped cream was chewy! Read more
Very strange now - I guess raising the minimum wage does have an impact. There are NO waitresses anymore and NOBODY to take your... order. It?s all computerized. One person does come drop off the food. However, the hamburgers were EXCELLENT!! Read more
