Hate say this , I didnt want to leave a star , Johnson City subway is way better.them girls know how to build Sandwich,they load... it . Bread was dry and hard, meat (s.o.t. chicken)seemed to be half of what other subways give, wilted lettuce and spinach. Tables... are sticky, floors are dirty w/ trash and food. Read more

Would like to share my experience with manager at this location, Horrible horrible customer service, I sat and waited almost 15... mins to order my sandwich which was no problem they were busy, by the way there was 2 employees working the lady makes mysandwich and passed it to the cashier who was ringing up people in front of me and then he looks at my sandwich all wrapped andready looks at me and walks away and starts taking orders from the long line of customers behind me, um hello then the ladystarts ringing up people BEHIND me and my sandwich just keeps getting pushed behind so I say hello can I get my food as I'mstanding there with my money in my hand and she says let me just finish with these people the peeps behind the others behind me,and then they gave my sandwich to another customer but still nothing said to me, like I'm invisible so I say something and needless to say after 35 mins I walked out no sandwich and some lady who was like 4 people behind me runs after me in Walmart to sayI got your sandwich I think. What the hell subway, if you didnt take care of the 6 people behind me like I'm not worthy of yourassistance then you wouldn't have LOST my food.. well you lost a good customer. And you both should be fired I would have sentthe man home to clean up and look half way presentable if I was the boss and that showed up. Read more
