I was satisfied with the service that I received here. They got my order correct, the cashier at the drive thru made eye contact... and spoke to me, counted my money and gave it to me.... then said thank you have a good day, instead of here ya go lol. I givethat 5 star fast food service. Read more

Upon pulling into Marion Taco Bell there were two employees sitting at the front doors smoking. To be honest this is... distasteful. There are older people who pass by along with kids who have breathing problems and nobody wants to smell it norsmell like it when passing by to go in your place to eat. We walked in an they still sat out there smoking until their cigarettewas done an then finally came in to wait on us. Neither one of them washed their hands upon trying to take our order until I askthem if they were going to. And then they did an was rude about it. Best service at a taco bell in a long time. Which is ironic because when we got there we were greeted immediately by John who... offered suggestions and told us about new products. He said it would be a few minutes but after about 8-10 minutes we wereafraid they?d forgotten us. About that time John came and checked on us. Apologized when he realized we hadnt yet gotten ourfood. Gave us a couple coupns and a couple mins later the food came out. It was longer than anticipated but the fact that Johnwas so courteous and followed up when he suspected there was a problem was on target for great setvice. Unfortunately we didntget the other guys name but the guy who brought us our food took ownership too. He politely offered a quick apology and said hethought our order had been made. Our society doesnt do this enough anymore. We didnt make a big production out of it and theytook responsibility and made it right! A great team. Would return there just to support this team! Read more
