Went in Tuesday night on 9-20-22 at around 8pm. Ordered several items and one was missing. Called to have it replaced on next... trip. Manager was rude and unprofessional, and just wanted to argue. Over a missing burrito? Wow. She shouldn't be managinganything. No people skills whatsoever. District manager should be embarrassed at this new location. Mostly low reviews from thevery beginning. I just went through the drive-thru at 2 :08 a.m. and was told that they're getting ready to close, even though they close at... 3:00 a.m., and that all of the food they cooked was cooked 3 hours ago. I was discouraged from ordering. I would completelyunderstand if I was 15 minutes, or even 30 minutes from the time they are scheduled to close. Read more

Don?t go late night/early morning. Soft taco shells were dried out and falling apart. Tacos had very little meat in them... compared to earlier in the day. What meat was in it was all on one side and the sour cream on the other. First time I have had abad experience here but then first time picking up at midnight. Read more
The people and the food are great, my only issue that keeps it from 5 stars is when my family orders crunch wraps and chooses... add ons and sauces, nothing is labeled. So the only way we are able to figure out who's food is who's is by taking apart thecrunchwraps, it's even worst if it's an office setting, so I recommend you make a separate order for each person, that way youknow what the order is and you don't have to deconstruct anyone's meal. Not sure why a labeling system is not in place, but itis what it is. (Food and people are still great!) Read more
Always nice staff here and the place is clean most of the time. It is always our Taco Bell choice in Marion. Way better than the... other location. The building has newer construction as well. Read more
I have given this location a chance 3 times. If yall can't manage to melt cheese in a quesadilla, you should close down! Tonight... it was what appears to be a tortilla shell that was too small wrapped in another tortilla shell. Don't waste you money! Drive 2Mike's to the other location! Read more
