Been sitting here 10 mins with No one taking my order. Very unorganized people are waiting 20 minutes or more just for a combo... and they are not busy. Went through the drive through and it took 40 minutes to get my food. Sat 20 minutes before even ordering then when I finally... made it to the speaker to order the person taking my order stated that it was going to be 20 minutes to get my food and ask ifI wanted to wait. I told her I had already waited 20 minutes so I guess so. Not sure why it takes 40 minutes to get fast food. Irealize there is a worker shortage right now and am willing to allow some extra time but 40 minutes is insane. Read more

They must have the blind leading the blind at this place. I don?t know if they have anyone running this place. It just looks... like a bunch of high schoolers screwing around and laughing. I ordered 2 Taco burgers and a med drink...$9.00 which is fine but both were inedible. Both bottom buns were so hard i... literally couldn't bite into it. I open it and I wanted meat, cheese and sour cream. I they had maybe a tbs. Of all 3ingredients. I have Never complained before. Usually everything is great but I thought you'd want to know. This location isn't very clean and the service is mediocre on a good day. I usually just stop by to get their tater tots. The... last time I stopped in, I was greeted with, "We currently have a 45 minute wait for food. Would you still like to order?" Therewas no hello or how are you. If you scroll through my reviews, you will see I'm a Taco John's fanboy, haven't been to one I didn't like. Friday dinner... around 6p.m. food was fast and tasty. Restaurant was clean and staff was pleasant. I recommend getting some soft tacos,potato oles and a side of ranch. Start combining and you will quite the tasty hacked tacos. If I could give this place a zero star that is ALL that it would get! I literally waited in line for a total of 50 minutes. As... everyone always replies how they are short staffed!!!! 50 minutes is insane. The food ended up going in the trash ? it was coldand chicken taco was simply disgusting! Will not dine there again!!! Hopefully they get some more bodies in there to workotherwise they need to pull the ?
