Traveling and stopped here on Nov. 28th. Ordered a single with no mayo. Sandwich had mayo on it like they started to put it on... then realized they weren't supposed too. Took it back to the counter and the blond teen girl looks at me and rudely says "Whatis it?" I politely told her I ordered no mayo and no cheese. She takes it and says there is no mayo or cheese on it. I pointedto the mayo and asked if it was mayo. Again very rudely, she says maybe then pitches it like she's annoyed. I was never rude. Isimply wanted what I ordered. The lobby was also freezing. I don't care for Wendy's and this was my last visit to any Wendy's.I'd give no stars if I could. Read more
Food & service was good. Dining room was freezing cold at Marion, IL location twice this week in the evening and nearly all the... tables were dirty. It wasn't crowded at all so I'm unsure why dirty tables would be an issue? Read more
I paid for my Burger on the app and the manager was holding my bag in his hand and and refused to give it to me and then told me... Admittedly Wendy?s is my favorite fast food burger place. Today we had the best Wendy?s meal we?ve ever had in our lives. All... the food was super fresh, bacon was crispy and the chicken nuggets were almost too hot to touch. The lady at the drive thru hada good sense of humor too. Good job to this location?s team! I love their $5 biggy bag. Nuggets fries drink and a sandwich excellent deal and it was hot and definitely will be going back.... Plus I love the soda machine there because I can make cherry mellow yellow which is very delicious to me. Read more
We stood 1st in line to order for over 10 minutes. I can't say how the food was because the woman taking orders was too busy... flipping her head/hair around to take our order. So finally I asked her if the register was broken and if I needed to go to thedrive thru. She informed us she takes some orders then fills them then takes more. The whole time I'm waiting to order they aretaking orders from the drive thru. The 10 to 15 minutes we waited to order they had to fix 3 orders they messed up. I never everwrite reviews but this service was the worst the owners really need to do something. Negative 25 stars is what they deserve. Read more
