Rude service at both Auntie Anne's and Cinnamon.
Was just told by the lady behind the counter "we aren't doing pretzels today" ummm ok, maybe try not being open then?!

Arrived here at 7:50PM one weeknight evening last week to get a pretzel. Employee was cleaning behind the counter. She... proceeded to clean for a bit without acknowledging us. Finally acknowledged us with a rude "can I help you." I asked if theyhad any regular pretzels, her response was a rude "no." I asked if she would have any up soon. Her response was a rude, "no,we're closing soon." News to me, because I couldn't find hours for the location anywhere, nor was there a "closing soon" sign. She didn't offer to make anything for me, or offer me any of the slim pickings in the case. Last time I checked, you serve thecustomer until you close. At the very least, you are friendly in your dealings with customers. This is the second time I havehad this type of experience at this location. The first time was with the Cinnabon that is part of the same location. If Icould give this place zero stars I would, horrible customer service. Read more
We're from out of state. Was driving past and noticed this location had both Cinnabon AND Auntie Anne's. Score! Went up to the... counter, grabbed a 4 pack of Cinnabon's and saw there were zero Auntie Anne's pretzels in the warmer. I asked the employeebehind the counter if she was making any. She said (rudely), "NO, not until Monday". It's Friday. Disappointed. The girl behindthe counter needs an attitude adjustment pronto. Terrible customer service. Read more
